Finger Joint Names

  • Tip Joint - joint closest to the nail of each finger (including thumb)
  • Knuckle Joint - on top of the hand, joint closest to wrist
  • Middle Joint - obviously the joint between the tip and knuckle joints
  • The thumb's joint closest to the wrist is called the thumb wrist joint
