Positioning the Guitar with an Apparatus

• Three commonly used apparatuses:
  1. A-frame
  2. ErgoPlay
  3. Dynarette
• Apparatuses replace footstool to keep back straight and feet on the floor
• Five places that guitar touches body remains the same as with footstool
• Head of guitar should still be even to eye level

Above is the guitar positioned with the Ergoplay.

Notice that the position is almost identical to the one using the footstool without the left leg raised.

Many players prefer the Ergoplay over the A-frame because the tilt of the guitar is adjustable.
